Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Summit Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
