Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Columbus, OH)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
