Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Corner Auto Group is a Columbus company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
