Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Civic Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
