Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Colorado Springs, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
