Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Lantern Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Colorado Springs producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
