Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Forge Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
