Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Cedar Legal Group Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client files. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
