Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
