Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Clear Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer programmes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
