Stonegate Union Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification.
