Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Quill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Colorado Springs, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving budget submissions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
