Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
