Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Willow Staffing Group places workers with employers around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 850 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving temp assignments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
