Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Wilder Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification.
