Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vale Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
