Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 551 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
