Stonegate Glen Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
