Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood River Staffing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
