Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • PMP or CAPM certification.
