Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cincinnati with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 557 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
