Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
