Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
