Foxglove Junction Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
