Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
