Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

Bright Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
