Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

Cedar Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Chicago. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
