Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 912 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
