Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wren Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
