Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
