Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Rook Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
