Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
