Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Cross Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
