Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meridian Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
