Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Transit Planning Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
