Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Forge Hospitality is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
