Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Bright Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
