Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
