Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Charlotte. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
