Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
