Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Loom Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Charlotte. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
