Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Basin Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Charlotte design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
