Ironwood Quarry Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
