Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Fern Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
