Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
