Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Amber Medical Group is a Charleston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
