Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Corner Medical Group is a Charleston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
