Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
