Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Birch Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Charleston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 922 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
