Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Haven Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
